Luis Reginaldo Medilo is a civil service exam passer and topnotcher. He placed first (#1) in the 2006 Career Service Professional Examination with a 92.70% rating (click here for proof) and was awarded a Certificate of Recognition by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) for the achievement.
His goal is to help millions of Filipinos pass the civil service exam through a proven and tested method of online teaching that he perfected over the years.
Aside from teaching his fellow countrymen how to ace the civil service exam, Luis is also a successful tech blogger. He owns and manages Tech Pilipinas, one of the most popular tech blogs in the Philippines.
